The objective of this course is, first, to reflect and think critically about the role and purpose of social entrepreneurship.

The course lays down the central idea that hybrid organizational structures are essential in different types of businesses and at all levels of the enterprise to develop activities that create positive impact.

Second, this course equips participants with theoretical and practical tools, such as illustrations of best practices from the industry, enabling them to identify, evaluate and solve social problems through commercial means and through the innovative use of a wide range of resources.

At the end of this course, the participants should have developed a comprehensive understanding of how social entrepreneurship and hybrid organizational structures can contribute to the creation of positive social, environmental, and economic change.
